Hayden Panettiere, the actress who grew up in front of the cameras before becoming a household name through Heroes and Nashville, has died at the age of 36. Her death was confirmed by her representative, while further details surrounding the circumstances have not been publicly disclosed.
Her father, Skip Panettiere, shared the devastating news in a statement and asked for privacy as the family processes the loss.
“It is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of our beloved Hayden. She was an incredible light and a force of nature who brought immeasurable love and joy to all who knew her — and to the millions who watched her onscreen.”
