A ganglion cyst is a fluid-filled sac containing a thick, jelly-like fluid. It most commonly appears on the back of the wrist.
It may be:
✅ Small or large
✅ Painless
✅ Variable in size
✅ More noticeable with hand movement or activity
In some cases, it may disappear on its own.
