These symptoms can be easy to dismiss as food poisoning, stress, poor sleep, or stomach trouble. However, when they appear suddenly or happen together with neurological symptoms, they may be more serious.
The NHS includes nausea or vomiting among other possible stroke symptoms, especially when combined with other warning signs.
7. Vision Changes
Sudden vision problems can also happen during a stroke. A person may notice blurry vision, double vision, or loss of vision in one or both eyes.
This can happen without pain, which makes it easier to ignore. But sudden vision changes are not normal and should be treated as urgent, especially if they come with dizziness, weakness, headache, or confusion.
